Meet Your Hosts

Jaye Granderson holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Communications. As an entrepreneur, brand strategist, and life coach, Jaye focuses on helping individuals build self-awareness, navigate major life transitions, and develop actionable strategies for personal growth.
She created The Group Chat in collaboration with Stitched Mind to give young women a dedicated, authentic space to gain confidence and step into the school year empowered.

Jay Hill, LMSW, is the founder of Stitched Mind and has over eight years of experience in behavioral health, psychology, and social work. Specializing in trauma-informed care and adolescent support, Jay is passionate about creating spaces where teens can openly navigate friendships, social media, boundaries, and personal growth with confidence and belonging.
